A bold Victorian-inspired statement necklace with a little Southern spirit.
This one-of-a-kind House of Holliday creation begins with a substantial vintage silver-tone book chain featuring broad engraved links and beautifully aged patina. After repairing the original clasp, I added an ornate antique-style tag engraved “BOURBON,” suspending it from two lengths of chain so it hangs like an oversized identification plaque.
The contrast between the decorative book chain and the wonderfully unexpected bourbon tag gives this necklace a collected, slightly eccentric character. Substantial and unapologetic, it is designed for someone who appreciates jewelry with history, humor, and a strong point of view.
